Tile adhesive can be widely used in concrete, brick wall, block, gypsum wallboard, cement board and other base surface and tile, floor tile, wall tile, mosaic, marble, culture stone and other materials directly paste.
It completely solves the problem that tiles, floor tiles and other materials can be selected without the use of high-quality special bonding materials in the pasting construction, and provides a new and reliable tile-specific paste product for the market.
Main features of tile adhesive:
• High bonding strength and fast curing
• Convenient construction, just use the right amount of water to stir and use
• Excellent pressure resistance, tensile strength, water resistance, alkali resistance and weather resistance, and are not affected by the environment.
• Good workability, good water retention, workability, and resistance to falling.
• It can realize ultra-thin layer construction. The coating thickness is less than one-half of the traditional process, which saves cost and reduces the shrinkage rate. It does not cause cracking and falling off of the decorative adhesive surface due to force.
• Non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting, it is a truly green product.
Instructions:
- The surface of the base layer is first cleaned, and the base layer is required to be flat and solid, free from floating ash and free from sloping oil.
- According to the ratio of powder to water ratio of 4:1, add water to the binder, stir while adding water, stir into a paste, let stand for 10 minutes, then stir again and use.
- The tempered slurry is scraped on the base surface with a tooth-shaped trowel, so that it is uniformly distributed in a stripe shape, so that the bonding area is increased, the air is easily removed, and the thickness of the coating is 3 mm – 6 mm, and the material to be bonded is Pressed on the coating, squared and compacted, leaving no gaps within 10 minutes, can be adjusted freely.
- After 24 hours, other constructions can be carried out. It is recommended to use the CCB color mildew sealant in the joint filling, which is better.
Reference dosage:
- When applied to a thickness of 3 mm, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is used in an amount of 2 kg/m2
- When the thickness is 6mm, the dosage is 4kg/m2
Precautions:
- Tile adhesive should be stored in a dry and ventilated place during storage to avoid moisture.
- When the tile adhesive is used, it can not be adjusted too much at one time, depending on the amount of construction. If it is not used, it will agglomerate and cannot be used continuously.
- Construction and storage temperatures are required to be above 5 °C.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
