Thermal insulation mortar has been widely used due to its non-flammability, convenient construction and long service life.
The vitrified microsphere thermal insulation mortar is a new thermal insulation material, which has good thermal insulation effect and high thermal insulation efficiency.
1. Production process
1.1 Formula:
Glassed bead thermal insulation mortar is a new type of thermal insulation material.
- Good thermal insulation efficiency.
- Wind pressure resistance, good weather resistance, less dry shrinkage, construction without mesh cloth
- Fire-proof performance is good, will not burn, is a class A fire prevention
- It has the characteristics of anti-aging, anti-insect ant biting and so on.
1.2 Process flow
Therefore, according to the nature of the material in turn to feed.
- The measured cement, fly ash and additives are first put into the mixer to mix.
- Stir for 2 to 3 minutes and then put in the glass beads.
- Continue stirring for 1 to 2 minutes before discharging and packing.
3. Technical requirements for equipment
Due to the lightweight and fragile nature of the material, we design the following production processes.So need to consider these characteristics.Meanwhile the segregation phenomenon in finished product packaging should be reduced.
1) Metering:
Because the raw materials need to be put into the main machine twice, we have designed three electronic scales (vitrified bead scale, cement and fly ash scale, additive scale).
In addition, due to the fragility of the vitrified beads, gravity self-flow method was used to measure the fragility of the vitrified beads.
2) Stirring:
We use a single-shaft coulter-type mixing machine with a high-speed rotating flying knife and a variable-speed adjustable mixing spindle.
- Firstly mixing spindle is stirred at the normal speed, and the high-speed flying knife is started, so that the cement fly ash and the additive can be quickly stirred evenly;
- The second time stop the high speed flying knife, reduce the rotational speed .Importantly reduce the breakage of vitrified beads.
3) Packaging:
The packing machine is pneumatic. In the process of packaging, the finished material is fluidized in the pressure bin of the packaging machine and squeezed into the packaging pocket.
4.Product performance comparison:
After trial production and test:
The theoretical dry density is 450 Kg/cubic, the measured dry density is 444 Kg/cubic,
In conclusion meets the technological requirements.(Thermal insulation mortar)
Similarly The dry density measured by other mixers is 730-770Kg/cubic.
